The book Master’s and Doctoral Theses in the Social Sciences at Marmara University, 1982–2002 was produced as part of a comprehensive project supported by the Marmara University Scientific Research Projects Commission. The project aimed to compile and classify all master's and doctoral theses completed in the social sciences at the university between 1982 and 2002, and to create a comprehensive database containing the titles, authors, supervisors, and years of completion of the theses, in order to obtain statistical data.
